Aleesha was able to establish herself as the best female bodybuilder in the latter portion of 2010. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in the family of sports. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and in 2016 at 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha's first professional show included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top showing at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she came 4th in the year 2020. But, the "World's most powerful mom" took a break from bodybuilding for health-related reasons.
